Responding to a CO Suspend/Resume Resources Modification

If the CO has decided to suspend one or more of the resources on your agreement or resume suspended resources, then the CO creates a modification to suspend (or resume) resources on an agreement. VIPR e-mails you the complete, signed modification package and you can also view the signed modification in the vendor application.

Alert message about a modified agreement.

A Suspend/Resume Resource modification is already signed by the CO, so no further action is required by you, but you can view/acknowledge the modification through the vendor application if you wish to do so.

NOTE:If a resource is suspended from an agreement, it is still considered to be associated with that agreement, so it will NOT be available to submit on a quote for another solicitation.

To acknowledge the Suspend/Resume Resources modification:

  1. From the Home page, in the Alert message, click on the Review Changes link OR click on the My Agreements tab to find the modification in progress.
  2. In the Agreement table, notice the indented row under the agreement, which indicates there is a modification to the agreement and displays the following information about the modification:
  1. In the table, in the Action column, click on the Submit a response to this modification icon (Start a modification response.) to view the modification summary.
  1. Click on the View Mod PDF button (View the solicitation PDF) to view the SF-30 for the modification, and then click the Exit button.
  2. In the Agreement row in the Action column, click on the View Agreement PDF icon (View the solicitation PDF).

You should carefully review the modification package, especially for a complete list of the resources associated with the agreement, including the suspended (or resumed) resources. The resource information is available on the Schedule of Items (second page of the agreement).

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the modification, contact the CO. Also, you should print the agreement for your records (see "Printing an Agreement").
